Oh, poo ......(am I allowed to say that here?  unsure ).

I've no chance..... can't even find the close-up lens at the moment.

But if we do have "Close Up" as a theme it doesn't necessarily mean it has to be a magnified shot does it?

Where's John?
What do you think of the idea of "close-up" as a theme? Sounds to me as if one or two people are raring to go already!!  Wink

Would it be possible to use the same reflective technique and place leaves / greenery below the sheet? It could be even more interesting!  Wink

Learner im sure you could get some small leaves and do the same kinda thing, they would have to be small leaves tho. Poolfield this was taken just for the reflection in the droplets i was just trying some angles and natural lighting stuff.

I used a small sheet of perspex about 6x4 with 2 piles of pencils with rubber bands around them under the sheet either side and some crossed paper to give the pattern added some water droplets and creates the effect. All taken on the window sill on a sunny afternoon.

I do do some strange things at work.

We used to have a "just for a laugh" competition at work called "weed of the week"

It's truly amazing how tall some will get if you let 'em, and lets face it, most of us have the odd weed or two on the plot.........

Just a thought. Wink

As some of you really like water droplet photos, I hope you don't mind me putting this link on as further inspiration (not my piccies but as I said, may be inspiring   smile )
